I have had a think and a look round and I think items like these would be the perfect way to compliment and finish your outfit. Black is a perfect blank canvas and leopard print is a versatile print so I think there are many things you can do with it.
Personally I think you should play around with textures as opposed to other prints or adding more leopard print into the mix. A perfect complimenting colour to leopard print is red. Textures that can work well include fur, leather (suede/patent/etc) and pony skin.
I think in this cold weather a high denier black tight would not only keep you warm but also keep the colour ‘block’ meaning it elongates your body, which I think regardless of your shape and size is never a bad thing! To continue the flow, I would go for a black shoe however this doesn’t have to be a boring black leather court, due to the black tights you could go with anything from an embellished t-bar, an ankle boot or a huge platform- a patent leather would be a fabulous touch to curb it away from being too safe. Another idea, depending on your style would be to lean toward the 60’s vibe of the dress and go for a chunky heel. (see picture)
If you choose to go for a bare leg you could go for a red (or other colour pop) shoe, as your splash of colour.
In terms of accessorizing I would opt for a red clutch and perhaps a red lip, or if that isn't your thing go for a scarlet nail. For jewellery, I would take the opportunity to play with the animal side of things if you wish. A top in regards to a necklace would be go for a longer pendant as again it draws the eye down your body elongating it as well as not distracting from the collar. Highly embellished tiger/leopard jewellery is EVERYWHERE including River Island, Topshop and ASOS.

I hope this helps, enjoy your night!
