people who dress poor.
Taking the whole 'laid back' 'scruffy chic' thing too far.
It's all very well a good looking like you havent made too much effort but they just look dirty, and the sad thing is, it's clear they have actually made an effort to acheive this look.
People need to have a bit about themselves, cleanliness and coordination isn't a crime.
