So, during this mornings little car boot sale stint, I found this bad boy that was being sold on our stall. A finely pleated/crimped vintage maxi dress, given to us by my Grandmas friend. Luckily it didn't sell & I rescued it.

It's a size 12 and had huuuuge shoulder pads, however I introduced it to the scissors, rolled up the sleeves and pulled it off the shoulder, for an Olsen style over sized mess dress.

I can't decide about it yet, but I'm sure if I don't keep it to play around with (contemplating turning it into a mini), I'm sure I can find a good home for it to go to! :)

In other news, I returned the red jacket (the fit wasn't as good) and I also wear glasses now- these particular ones were purchased for fun (encouraged by my sister). I have some more sensible tortoiseshell and black/leopard print ones for day-to-day wear (shall post pictures soon).

Due to the nasty rain, I opted for a slightly playful outfit today with the polka dot tee & the bubblegum clutch, but still stayed loyal to my trusty pull-on's, french soles and camel jacket.
